Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Quality & Environmental Executive in Basingstoke with hybrid working (3 days in the office). The role focuses on developing, administering and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems across the group.

You will audit, document and improve ISO-based processes, supporting external certification and compliance reporting. A 2–3 year track record in QHSE, strong MS Office skills, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Quality, QHSE or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Practical experience with ISO management standards and audits.
• Good understanding of how ISO requirements translate into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve ISO management systems across the group.
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal management-system audits.
• Record audit findings and drive corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.
• Update policies, procedures and documentation.
• Monitor changes to legislation, regulations and ISO standards and assess impact.
• Support management reviews and external certification preparations.
• Provide guidance on management-system requirements and best practices.
• Work with different areas to ensure standards are understood and applied.
• Develop broader ISO knowledge and take on increasing ownership over time.
