Nationwide is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Squad Lead for its LRM Communications team in Swindon and other UK offices. You will establish and lead a new QC Squad to raise standards across customer communications through reviews, coaching, training and continuous improvement.

You'll work with senior stakeholders across GCC and LRM to ensure messages are clear, compliant and customer-focused, applying behavioural science and best practice to key journeys and support performance development

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of six QC Squad Managers and two QC Squad Consultants.
• Lead the review of customer communications for clarity, consistency and effectiveness.
• Shape the communications strategy and drive best practice across the GCC and LRM.
• Develop capability through coaching, training and sharing of best practice.
• Collaborate with GCC, Consumer Standards specialists to ensure standards are applied.
