Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse interactions and make confident decisions.
• Experience in Sales, Service or Quality Assurance.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with all colleagues.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and evaluate customer interactions to ensure regulatory-compliant handling and good outcomes.
