Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a QA Analyst to help embed quality across the development lifecycle, supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other cloud-based platforms. Hybrid working with occasional office travel.

You'll create and execute test plans, perform web, mobile and API testing, and contribute to automation while collaborating with developers, product teams and DevOps to deliver robust software.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing functions.
• Some familiarity with test automation.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience of API testing using tools such as Postman.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform testing across web, mobile and API layers.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated and manual tests.
• Identify, document and prioritise defects, working closely with development teams to support resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and DevOps colleagues to promote a culture of quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA practices, tools and processes.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and testing approaches to help drive innovation and efficiency.
