Job summary

Dreams Limited is seeking a Purchase Ledger professional to join the Finance & Insights team at Bedquarters, High Wycombe. You will accurately process supplier invoices, code and post transactions, and reconcile supplier statements.

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration across departments to ensure timely PO creation and cost allocation. The successful candidate will bring ledger experience, stock process exposure, and strong communication, with a hybrid working pattern (3 days

Qualifications

• Ledger experience including stock processes and supplier transactions.
• Strong Microsoft skills with professional communication abilities.
• Accuracy, organising and time management with adherence to controls and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process all purchase ledger transactions with correct matching to supporting documents.
• Reconcile to supplier statements and ensure postings are correct.
• Proactively discuss with business areas to ensure PO creation, coding and booking on time.
• Act as a point of contact to support business teams on accurate costing to general ledger, cost centres and budget holders.
• Provide support to Purchase Ledger Supervisor, including ad hoc duties, holiday cover, and annual audit requests.
