RECfinancial is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in North Leicestershire. The role will process supplier invoices, code them accurately, maintain ledgers and obtain authorisation for payments.

Hybrid working is offered with onsite parking and 33 days holiday. You should have strong English communication, IT skills, and attention to detail to support smooth supplier reconciliations in a growing team.

Formación

• Experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT literate with intermediate Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process all supplier invoices.
• Code all purchase invoices accurately.
• Maintain a Ledger set.
• Obtain invoice authorisation.
• Ensure the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices.
