Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to support the Finance team in Radford, near Chipping Norton. This temporary role runs for 3-6 months with a rate up to £16.80 per hour and a 40-hour week.

You will process supplier invoices, match against POs and GRNs, reconcile statements and assist Accounts Receivable as required.

The role is hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office and 1-2 days remote, offering practical exposure to high-volume purchase ledger work.

Qualifications

• Previous Purchase Ledger experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing invoices against POs and GRNs.
• Experience with supplier statement reconciliations.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices, expense claims and credit card statements.
• Match invoices against POs and GRNs.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist with reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
