Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is seeking a Proposal Development Coordinator to support global pharmaceutical clients and deliver high-quality clinical supply solutions. Working within the Clinical Services unit, you will generate site-specific and global packaging and distribution proposals and collaborate with Business Development and clinical teams.

The role focuses on managing client requirements, pricing assumptions, and timely delivery, with 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working options

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in a sales support role.
• Proven ability in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate site-specific and global technical proposals for clinical trial packaging and distribution.
• Collaborate with Business Development Field Sales Managers and Clinical Services teams.
• Ensure proposals are accurately costed and delivered within required timeframes.
