Job summary

Finders Keepers in Headington, part of Connells Group, is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio, build strong landlord and tenant relationships, and deliver an excellent property management service.

The role combines office administration with property visits and external meetings, is primarily office-based with some Saturday hours, and offers training, progression, and support to achieve Propertymark qualification and ARLA membership within 18 months.

Qualifications

• At least two years' customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Good written English and the ability to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• A full, clean manual driving licence
• Previous estate agency or property management experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Managing landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
• Arranging new tenancies, check-ins, checkouts and property inspections
• Coordinating contractors, repairs and maintenance
• Monitoring rent payments and tenancy issues
• Ensuring properties meet current legal and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and managing your diary effectively
• Working with branch teams to identify property improvement and additional service opportunities
