Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd invites applications for a Property Finance Manager to drive financial and operational management of a diverse property portfolio. You will work with senior management and operational stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls, accurate reporting and strong governance across all assets.

The role requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting and service charge management, with a focus on delivering insightful analysis and value through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with service charge management and property-related finance.
• Proven ability to explain financial information clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service charge budgets, reconciliations and forecasts across managed assets.
• Monitor expenditure and provide analysis and commentary on financial performance and variances.
• Manage cost allocations including salaries and shared services.
• Review monthly accounts and GL data; resolve discrepancies with operations teams.
• Produce financial and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support operational reporting across utilities, waste and tenant services.
• Coordinate tenant utility billing and resolve financial queries.
• Maintain controls, records and audit trails; support audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Assist with tenders, contracts and commercial matters.
• Manage and develop assigned team members, providing guidance and feedback.
