Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join a leading Property Services team in Bath. You will own repair projects, provide technical solutions for residents and deliver surveying services to maintain assets within budget and quality standards.

The role is hybrid, with travel across Bath and surrounding areas. On a 6‑month contract, you will carry out pre‑work surveys, prepare detailed reports, manage projects to completion, and ensure compliance with planning, listed

Qualifications

Minimum HNC or HND Level 3 in Construction or equivalent.
Proven ability to diagnose building defects and specify works.
Experience in insurance and subsidence.
Experience with leaseholders and S20 compliance.
Experience with listed and historic buildings and consent applications.

Responsibilities

Carry out pre-work surveys to identify repairs and maintenance requirements.
Provide detailed reports and specifications of works to contractors and internal teams.
Manage projects to completion, ensuring customer experience and quality standards.
Coordinate with local authority planning to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Work with leaseholders to ensure timely repairs and cost recovery.
