Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on project planning professional to advance the scheduling and controls on complex engineering programmes. This mid-level role focuses on schedules, milestones, dependencies and progress updates within a structured delivery environment.

You will work with project managers, engineering and finance teams, producing KPI-ready data, and supporting live delivery with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in project planning or scheduling.
• Experience with schedules, milestones, dependencies and progress updates.
• Experience in a project controls environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule activity across live engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Link resource, cost, risk and performance data to project delivery.
• Produce project reporting, KPIs and data quality insights.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, finance and delivery teams.
