Job summary

Avalere Health in the United Kingdom is seeking multiple Junior Project Operations Coordinators to support setup, maintenance and closure of projects within our medical communications teams. You’ll work with project managers to keep Workfront data accurate, enabling stronger planning, reporting and outcomes, while building your skills in governance, automation and stakeholder management.

The role offers hybrid working in London or Manchester, a clear development path, and exposure to AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Have some experience in project coordination or project operations.
• Experience with project data, reports, dashboards and Workfront.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple requests.
• Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage project setup and amendment requests via a central ticketing process with checked SOWs, deliverables, hours and planning.
• Build and maintain detailed Workfront project plans with deliverables, tasks, hours, milestones and dependencies.
• Support resource readiness by ensuring correct roles, hours and dates, and flag gaps to the right teams.
• Keep Workfront plans accurate by applying approved changes to tasks, dates and dependencies.
• Support project closure administration and maintain templates and checklists.
• Use project data to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Utilise approved AI tools to improve productivity and standardise processes.
