Qualifications

  • Experience as Project Manager in delivering construction or engineering infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of standard forms of contract e.g., NEC4 or JCT.
  • Understanding of the RIBA plan of work stages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large number of construction and engineering projects.
  • Develop the project brief and manage the tender process.
  • Supervise the delivery contractor during implementation.
