Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS or equivalent preferred.
• Experience delivering professional and project surveying services.
• Strong commercial property knowledge with client management experience.
• Consultancy building surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional and project building surveying commissions.
• Manage client relationships and identify additional work opportunities.
• Prepare technical reports and provide independent professional advice.
• Deliver commissions to agreed quality, programme and budget.
• Mentor junior surveyors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
