Job summary

Medius, a cloud-based spend management provider, is seeking a Project Manager / Functional Consultant to join the Medius Professional Services team. You will lead projects implementing our spend management suite for customers across local and international markets, guiding them through onboarding from solution design to go-live and hypercare.

The role blends project management with functional consulting, with opportunities to specialize over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing IT systems in cloud-based/SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Business-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to budget management.
• Manage onboarding lifecycle including design, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training on-site or remotely.
• Configure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Support customers through testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Analyze current spend management processes to identify improvements.
• Provide ongoing project reporting to stakeholders.
