Ministry of Justice is seeking a Band 7 Project Manager to run small projects or workstreams, reporting to Band 8/9 managers as needed. The role covers day-to-day delivery, ensuring products meet time, cost, quality and scope tolerances within the business case.

This development role offers progression toward Band 8/9 with support to grow. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in project methodologies and management of diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing risk and project lifecycles.

Responsabilités

• Day to day management of the project, project theme or workstream.
• Ensure project delivers to quality, time and budget within agreed tolerances.
• Plan, monitor and control the project to achieve objectives.
• Identify, measure and report risks and mitigation.
• Ensure progress is reported to stakeholders and Project Board.
• Identify resources and processes for each stage of the project lifecycle.
• Change control and configuration management responsibilities.
• Lead and motivate the project management team.
