Job summary

Kier Group plc.’s Kier Workplace Solutions team in the UK with Hybrid Working is seeking an experienced Project Manager. You’ll deliver safe, compliant and commercially controlled project works across a varied portfolio, leading projects from scope development through handover with clients, designers, subcontractors and internal teams.

You’ll manage safety as priority, maintain programme controls, monitor subcontractor performance and ensure robust reporting on safety, cost and risk.

Qualifications

• SMSTS? CSCS? IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent competence.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and RAMS / risk management processes.
• Full driving licence with willingness to travel UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of allocated projects with defined scope, programme, budget and governance.
• Prioritise safety as the number one priority; apply Kier Golden Rules, site inductions and inspections.
• Maintain robust programme control with short-term lookaheads and milestones; coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance through competence checks, RAMS review, site monitoring and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide reporting on safety, programme, quality, cost and risk.
