Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Winchester is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to help shape the next stage of its development. You will deliver a varied portfolio across defence, higher education and healthcare sectors, taking ownership and building strong client relationships.

You will work across all stages of the project lifecycle, develop your career within a collaborative consultancy, and be supported to broaden your experience, including exposure to NEC and JCT contracts.

Qualifications

• Deliver projects and build positive client relationships.
• Proven construction project management experience with professional teams.
• Experience across pre-construction and construction stages.
• Confidence preparing clear, professional reports and project documentation.
• Willingness to take ownership, contribute ideas and grow with the Winchester team.
• Understanding NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficial.
