Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end change initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. You will coordinate resources, manage risks and maintain momentum to achieve organisational goals in a hybrid role (60% onsite, 40% remote) based in London or Birmingham.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2®, Agile or PMI methodologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana or Excel).
• Relevant project management certification and knowledge of change management or benefits realisation is advantageous.

• Develop and maintain robust project plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Drive delivery momentum and address issues and dependencies to stay on track.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate meetings and workshops.

• Maintain governance, reporting and documentation including business cases and closure summaries.
