Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Manager for Manchester or Bolton-based work within the Northwest region. You will lead delivery across built environment projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Several years of post-qualification experience delivering construction projects.
• Experience in client-facing consultancy environments and multi-sector delivery.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycles from procurement to handover.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, procurement, coordination, and consultant inputs to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead meetings, site coordination, and project documentation across workstreams.
• Monitor programme and cost performance, identify deviations, and support corrective actions.
• Track risks, opportunities, and commercial factors, escalating issues as needed.
• Resolve conflicts and mitigate delays to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports and records using TSA Riley templates and systems.
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with clients and delivery partners.
• Manage client expectations to drive satisfaction and trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to share knowledge and foster a positive culture.
• Oversee risk, safety, and compliance practices in line with TSA Riley standards.
• Contribute to proposals, sector initiatives, and continuous improvement.
