Job summary

TSA Riley in the Northwest is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team, based from our Manchester or Bolton offices. You will lead delivery across diverse built-environment projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure scope, cost, time, and quality targets are met.

We welcome candidates with strong project management experience in consultancy or client-facing roles, a built-environment qualification, and comfort working across sectors while upholding TSA

Qualifications

• Post-qualification construction project management experience required.
• Degree in construction project management or related field required.
• Experience across residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, leisure, or industrial sectors beneficial.
• Proficient with digital tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, procurement, coordination to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead meetings, site coordination, and project documentation.
• Monitor programme and cost performance, identify deviations.
• Track risks, opportunities, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain clear client communications and build trusted relationships.
• Support proposals and continuous improvement activities.
