Leonardo UK Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Project Lead/Manager to join our Fast Jet Integrated Project Team. The role blends home-based and onsite work with potential international travel.

You will lead planning, risk management, bid analysis, and contract feasibility assessments to shape strategy and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. As part of a high-caliber team, you’ll develop WBS/OBS, manage budgets and revenues, and coordinate procurement activities ahead of contract start.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying contract risks and supporting risk managers.
• Ability to analyze client requirements during bidding.
• Experience evaluating contract requirements for technical and economic feasibility.
• Familiarity with IP management and patent box considerations.
• Ability to define high-level schedules and budgets.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities ahead of contract start.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
• Define WBS, OBS, and SoW engagement.
• Manage forecasting and revenue planning.
• Support the Integrated Project Schedule and cost/resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
