Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking two Contracts Managers for a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural metalwork, structural steel and building envelope packages in the UK. The role spans Reading offices, remote/hybrid work, and site visits, with significant autonomy to influence each project from concept through to completion.

Applicants should have a design and/or project engineering background in building envelope/structural steel/architectural metalwork and high-rise residential

Qualifications

• Design or project engineering background in building envelope/structural steel/architectural metalwork/high-rise residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide design coordination and value engineering across projects.
• Lead project management and commercial oversight with clients, designers and production teams.
• Collaborate with installation subcontractors to drive on-time delivery from concept to completion.
• Engage with clients to influence project outcomes and ensure alignment with specifications.
