Job summary

Severn Wye is seeking a highly organised individual to join us as a Project Support Officer. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our energy advice service, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective management of the project across multiple funded projects.

You will monitor project performance, produce reports for funders and maintain high-quality data while identifying trends that support informed decisions. The role requires a strong command of CRM systems, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or database systems to manage, validate and maintain sensitive information.
• Ability to import, validate, triage and allocate referrals in line with contractual criteria.
• Analyze project performance, adviser capacity and referral trends to maximise service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and produce reports for funders.
• Maintain high-quality data and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Support with quality assurance and data savings.
• Develop automated reporting processes, data visualisations and workflows to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Conduct data quality audits, identify trends and reporting risks, and implement improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and financial trackers in line with funding requirements.
