Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Project Coordinator for Marketing Projects in Newcastle. You will support the EMEAPAC MBD Operations team in coordinating diverse projects, maintaining project documentation, and driving process improvements with a focus on AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the EMEAPAC MBD Operations team with the implementation, coordination and delivery of the team’s key projects.
• Coordinate multiple business, technology and operational projects across the firm, managing objectives, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Produce and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, requirements and status reports.
• Support project managers with planning, governance, reporting, meeting coordination and action tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure a single point of truth for key collateral.
