Job summary

London & Partners is seeking a Small Business Service Executive to support the AI Adoption Programme. The role involves governance processes, data entry into CRM systems, reporting, and providing insights to improve SME support and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management, including data analysis, project planning and evaluation.
• Well-developed IT skills, experience of using financial and content management systems and processes and excellent report writing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools including PowerPoint and Word.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems (e.g. Salesforce) including data entry and cleansing and experience using CRM systems,

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Small Business Service Delivery Manager with ongoing monitoring, verification, recording, analysis and reporting of milestones, finances, outputs and outcomes.
• Provide financial support to budget spreadsheets, POs and invoices, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Support governance, meetings, agendas, minutes, and project documentation.
• Liaise with Operations and Compliance Teams for reporting data requirements.
• Coordinate workshops and events with partners and clients.
• Promote Adopt activities with Marketing/Comms teams and prepare materials.
