Job summary

Howden is seeking a Programme Manager / Delivery Lead in London (hybrid) to oversee strategic technology programmes across Specialty Technology. You will lead delivery leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement, balancing budgets and schedules while driving delivery excellence.

Collaborating with CTO, Product, Architecture and PMO, you will ensure SDLC compliance, risk management, and performance reporting, shaping how technology delivers business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex technology programmes and portfolios.
• Proven people leadership experience managing delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, governance frameworks and delivery controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes and projects across Howden Specialty Technology.
• Provide oversight and assurance across all project and agile delivery activities.
• Drive delivery predictability, governance compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support governance structures for portfolio delivery and executive reporting.
• Manage budget, resource planning and capacity across delivery teams.
