Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of Family Help and Youth Transformation initiatives across East Midlands. The role focuses on delivering large-scale changes in Children’s Services, coordinating across health, education and local partners to improve outcomes for families and young people.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex transformation programmes within Children’s Services, Local Authorities or Trust environments
• Strong understanding of Early Help, Family Help, Youth Provision, Family Hubs or Care Leaver Services
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across multi-agency settings
• Experience managing programme budgets, governance structures, risks and reporting
• MSP, PRINCE2 or APMG qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects across Family Help, Youth Services, Family Hubs and Care Leaver Support
• Drive delivery of the Families First Partnership Programme and wider service redesign initiatives
• Develop robust governance, risk management, benefits realisation and performance frameworks
• Build effective partnerships across health, education, police, voluntary sector and commissioned providers
• Champion co-production, ensuring young people, families and communities help shape service delivery
