Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Cost Manager to support major multidisciplinary programmes with full cost management services. You will manage AFPs, lead subcontractor rate audits, and liaison between commercial and finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and governance.

The role involves extracting data from Oracle-based HR/finance systems, applying cost-reimbursable contracting knowledge, and delivering timely monthly reporting in a collaboration-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost management on complex programmes.
• Experience with cost reimbursable contracting and rate build-ups.
• Experience interfacing between commercial and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Applications for Payment (AFP) across the programme.
• Lead subcontractor audits of rates for compliance and value.
• Coordinate data extraction from Oracle HR/finance for cost reporting.
• Drive reconciliation between commercial and finance teams across the programme lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation for audit justifications and data governance.
