Job summary

WSP is seeking a Cost Manager to support the delivery of major multidisciplinary programmes in the UK. You will manage AFPs, lead subcontractor rate audits and ensure accurate governance across the programme lifecycle.

You will extract data from Oracle HR/finance, drive reconciliations between commercial and finance, and deliver monthly reporting while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost management on complex programmes.
• Ability to manage AFPs across a programme.
• Experience extracting data from finance systems (Oracle).
• Strong ability to drive reconciliation between commercial and finance teams.
• Proven track record in subcontractor audits of rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AFPs across the programme, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead subcontractor audits of rates for value for money and compliance.
• Extract and interrogate data from Oracle HR/finance to support cost reporting.
• Act as liaison between commercial and finance teams to ensure governance.
• Produce monthly commercial and contract reporting.
