Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Cost Manager to support major multidisciplinary programmes with full cost management services. You will manage AFPs, coordinate subcontractor audits, and act as the primary liaison between commercial and finance teams to ensure robust governance throughout the programme lifecycle.

You will extract data from Oracle-based HR and finance systems to support cost reporting and analysis, while coordinating audits and ensuring compliance and value for money across

Qualifications

• Experience in cost reimbursable contracting and rate build-ups.
• Ability to lead AFPs across programmes and ensure accuracy.
• Experience interfacing between commercial and finance functions.
• Ability to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
• Experience conducting subcontractor rate audits and supporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AFPs across the programme, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead subcontractor audits of rates for contractual compliance and value for money.
• Extract and interrogate data from Oracle HR/Finance to support cost reporting.
• Drive reconciliation processes between commercial and finance teams.
• Prepare monthly commercial and contract reporting and maintain documentation.
