Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment in Aberdeen is seeking a Technical Assistant on a 6-month contract to coordinate and maintain production reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely, accurate management information and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on gathering, validating, and reporting production data, with opportunities to enhance reporting systems and automate processes.

Formación

• Experience in reporting, data management, or production reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using Excel to analyse large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Validate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Maintain reporting workbooks, dashboards, and templates.
• Support reporting improvements and automation projects.
• Collaborate with IS and Data teams on reporting enhancements.
• Prepare management reports and MI packs.
