Elix Sourcing Solutions in Bristol is seeking a Production Engineer to join the manufacturing team. You will solve production problems, improve quality, efficiency and output, and lead projects to enhance processes while supporting new equipment and process changes.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, flexible hours, funded training and a generous benefits package, with a salary of £40,000–£45,000 plus a 5% bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
