Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland seeks a Product Manager to own the Robust Plasterboards and Ceilings portfolio, shaping strategy, driving performance, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the construction market.

This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle and collaborating with the innovation team to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new or enhanced offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience, ideally in construction materials.
• Experience bringing new products to market from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and market analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the product portfolio – define and deliver the portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Benchmark the offer against the market – analyse competitor products, pricing, certification and positioning.
• Drive new product development by building business cases and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Support compliance, certification and regulatory readiness.
• Champion customer needs with a customer-first approach with innovation and technical teams.
• Create clear go-to-market value propositions based on customer and market insights.
