Job summary

Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland is seeking a Product Manager to own the Robust Plasterboards and Ceilings portfolio, shaping strategy and driving performance. You will work with the innovation team to identify customer needs and opportunities for new solutions or enhancements to existing offerings.

The role is full-time with hybrid working, based at the East Leake Head Office, with ongoing collaboration across manufacturing and construction markets.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience, ideally in construction materials or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate product performance and market data.
• Experience bringing new products to market from concept to development and launch.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product portfolio, defining the strategy and roadmap.
• Benchmark offerings against the market, including pricing and positioning.
• Drive new product development with cross-functional teams and business cases.
