Harvey Nash Group is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join a product team and craft engaging digital experiences for customers and colleagues. You will own the design from discovery to delivery, working in an embedded squad and helping evolve design systems.

The role focuses on turning complex challenges into simple, effective experiences, with an emphasis on AI-assisted research, prototyping and delivery. Newcastle office presence is required three days a week.

Qualifications

• Approximately three to five years' experience in Product Design, UX Design or a similar end-to-end design role.
• Experience working within an embedded product team or cross-functional squad.
• Experience using, maintaining or contributing to design systems.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing.
• Practical experience using AI or LLM tools within a design, research or product workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own the design of customer and colleague-facing digital journeys from discovery through to delivery.
• Work as an integral part of a collaborative, cross-functional product squad.
• Influence stakeholders and help shape meaningful product decisions.
• Conduct user research and transform insights into practical design improvements.
• Create and test user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality digital experiences.
• Contribute to design systems, accessibility standards and evolving ways of working.
• Experiment responsibly with AI across discovery, research, prototyping and design delivery.
• Challenge traditional approaches and help the team deliver greater value at pace.
