Job summary

Digitas UK, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Lead Product Designer with an entrepreneurial mindset to guide design across major client engagements. You will bridge problem understanding, experience definition, prototyping and delivery, while collaborating with Product and Tech teams to balance user needs, business value and technical feasibility.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows, elevate craft, and help raise the ambition and quality of our Experience Design work across projects.

Qualifications

• Exceptional product design craft across interaction, UX and visual design.
• Proven experience leading complex digital products from discovery to delivery.
• Experience working in Product, Design and Tech trios, guiding direction.
• Strong customer-centred, evidence-led thinking using research and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and experience design across significant client engagements, from discovery through to delivery.
• Frame problems with Product, Design and Engineering trios and prioritise opportunities.
• Translate customer insight, brand ambition and business objectives into distinctive product experiences.
• Map end-to-end experiences and deliver crafted journeys, features, flows and prototypes.
• Use research, testing and data to validate ideas and measure success.
• Collaborate with Developers through delivery to maintain quality and intent.
• Apply AI-enabled design workflows to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
• Lead workshops and present design recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and inspire other designers to raise thinking and execution.
• Create, evolve and champion scalable design systems.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the process.
• Demonstrate how design decisions create customer and business value.
• Support new business, pitches and the growth of our Experience Design practice.
