Job summary

Babcock is recruiting a Procurement Contracts Coordinator to support the Through Life Equipment Support (TLES) procurement function. Based in Donnington, near Telford, this role combines contract administration with stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance and performance of live supplier contracts.

You will maintain contract data in SAP, manage amendments and renewals, and produce governance reports while working in a hybrid setup with three days onsite. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, or contract management.
• Experience maintaining data in SAP/ERP or similar systems.
• Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support objectives.
• Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.
• Experience following defined processes, procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contract and pricing information within SAP and other systems.
• Processing contract amendments, renewals and extensions.
• Supporting supplier performance reviews and contract governance activities.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
• Collaborating with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain and operational teams.
