Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Procurement Contracts Coordinator to manage live supplier contracts and ensure compliance and governance across the Through Life Equipment Support programme. You will maintain contract records in SAP, process amendments, and support performance reviews to keep critical supply chains running smoothly.

Based at Donnington near Telford with hybrid working patterns, the role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and a clear path to contract management expertise

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/contract management or commercial support.
• Experience maintaining data in SAP/ERP or similar systems.
• Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience following processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contract and pricing information within SAP and other business systems.
• Processing contract amendments, renewals and extensions.
• Supporting supplier performance reviews and contract governance activities.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
• Collaborating with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain and operational teams, as well as external suppliers.
