Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Procurement Contracts Coordinator to support the Through Life Equipment Support (TLES) Procurement function. You will manage live supplier contracts, ensure contract compliance and supplier performance, and maintain detailed records to support uninterrupted operations.

Based in Donnington near Telford, this full-time role offers hybrid working with three days on site. You will collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and commercial teams to deliver value across a critical

Qualifications

• Experience within procurement, contract administration, contract management, supply chain or commercial support roles.
• Experience maintaining data within SAP, ERP or similar systems.
• Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support business objectives.
• Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.
• Experience following defined processes, procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contract and pricing information within SAP and other systems.
• Processing contract amendments, renewals and extensions.
• Supporting supplier performance reviews and contract governance activities.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
• Collaborating with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain, and operation teams and external suppliers.
