Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Bristol is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Trust Specialist to join its trusted Private Client team.

You will handle a diverse caseload on trust administration, structuring, and tax matters for high net worth individuals and trustees, with hybrid working and clear opportunities for professional development at a leading national firm.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in private client/trust work.
• Experience in trust administration and taxation.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong client care for high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of trust administration and advisory matters.
• Advise on creation, structuring, and ongoing administration of UK trusts.
• Draft trust deeds, letters of wishes, and related documentation.
• Provide advice on trust taxation (Income Tax, CGT, and IHT).
• Prepare annual trust accounts and tax returns.
• Collaborate with tax advisers, accountants, and other specialists.
• Support wider private client and lifetime planning matters.
• Advise trustees and beneficiaries on complex trust-related issues.
