Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Principal Highways and Drainage Engineer to lead highway and drainage design for development projects across the UK. You will oversee feasibility through to construction, providing technical leadership and coordinating with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong UK development infrastructure experience and highways/drainage background.
• Experience with Section 38/278/104 processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of highway and drainage infrastructure for development projects.
• Develop highway designs for technical submissions and approvals.
• Produce drainage strategies and flood risk assessments.
• Coordinate projects, budgets, and outputs across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and present technical information to stakeholders.
