Job summary

AXA Health seeks an Assistant Underwriter on a 12-month FTC to support the Large Corporate Portfolio Manager and Intermediary Distribution team. You will review quote requests, ensure data completeness, and prepare large corporate quotes for underwriting.

You’ll develop underwriting skills in a collaborative environment, handling administrative tasks, liaising with intermediaries, and learning to price simple and complex products while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Proven customer service experience in a professional setting.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Enter large corporate quotes into the system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the quote inbox and work with Account Managers and Intermediaries to meet deadlines.
• Check information from Account Managers and Intermediaries, raising concerns with underwriters when needed.
• Assist underwriters with administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly.
• Help price simple insurance and onboarding of new schemes, including training teammates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
