Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing across events and products, turning data into actionable insights that enhance commercial decisions.

Based in London, the role is hybrid and reports to the Head of Pricing, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Data teams to inform pricing strategy and initiatives.

You will analyze transaction data, build models and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a pricing or commercial strategy role.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience building complex financial models.
• Experience with R, Power BI, and/or Tableau is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative approach in a matrixed organisation.
• Desire to develop pricing and commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analysing event transaction and post-event data to provide pricing insights.
• Building and maintaining financial models to estimate revenue impact.
• Preparing presentations and presenting findings to Leaders with support.
• Monitoring price changes at events and tracking against business plan.
• Identifying best practices and pricing models to enhance performance.
• Monitoring inflation and market conditions to shape pricing strategy.
• Develop pricing expertise across sectors and geographies.
