Job summary

Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is recruiting a Senior Power BI and Analytics Specialist to lead the development of high-quality reporting, dashboards and BI solutions to support effective regulation and informed decision making. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.

You will transform data from MS Dynamics 365 and regulatory systems into actionable insights, shaping engaging dashboards and analytical products for transparency and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 data and wider Microsoft technologies including Power Automate and the Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power BI including data modelling, DAX and Power Query; practical experience using SQL, R, Python or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Establish and maintain a robust Power BI governance framework across reporting.
• Work with internal and external data sources to deliver analytical solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide guidance on Power BI capabilities, data visualisation best practice, governance and advanced analytical approaches.
