Job summary

Castle Trust Bank is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Team in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). You will transform data into insightful reporting using Power BI, SQL and DAX across Savings, Mortgage and Lending businesses.

You will develop dashboards, support self-service analytics, improve data quality, and contribute to the data governance framework while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering BI solutions using Power BI and semantic models.
• Strong SQL querying, data analysis and data validation skills.
• Knowledge of DAX, time intelligence and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging dashboards, reports and analytical solutions for strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions, datasets and semantic models.
• Support data governance through clear definitions and lineage documentation.
