Job summary

Talantir, a London-based education provider, is hiring a Power BI Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights and deliver dashboards, KPI frameworks and analytical solutions across the organisation.

The role is Central London, hybrid (1 day a week in the office), with 27 days annual leave and a 10% employer pension contribution. You will work with stakeholders and govern data across SQL, Dataverse and Synapse, supporting predictive analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming raw data into actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Work with SQL, Dataverse and Synapse environments.
• Strong data governance and data quality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into BI solutions.
• Develop, optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Contribute to predictive analytics initiatives.
