Job summary
Castle Trust Bank is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Data Team in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 at home). You will transform data into insight across Savings, Mortgage and Point-of-Sale Lending, building dashboards and self-service analytics with Power BI, SQL and DAX while supporting governance and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering BI solutions using Power BI.
- Strong SQL querying, data analysis and validation.
- Understanding of DAX measures, time intelligence and performance.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reports.
- Experience with data testing, validation and QA activities.
- Knowledge of data governance concepts, definitions and lineage.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models.
- Support data quality, governance and adoption of self-service analytics.
