Cotswold Archaeology Ltd in Cirencester is seeking a Post-Excavation Manager to lead the Publications team and oversee post-excavation and publication projects. You will manage a portfolio of projects, ensure delivery to budget and deadlines, and provide guidance to project leaders.

The role requires extensive post-excavation experience, a solid knowledge of British archaeology, and MCIfA membership or eligibility. Hybrid working is available, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive post-excavation experience with analytical and publication skills.
• Proven project management experience with deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to write to publication standard and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Project manage post-excavation projects to time and budget.
• Quality assure analytical and interpretative work and publication texts.
• Lead and mentor Publications staff and coordinate with CA teams.
• Prepare research designs, budgets, and publication reports.
